This isn’t reflective of this specific branch but overall as a bank. Truist atms are very frequently down which is very inconvenient. I have a business account with them and they charge you if you go over a certain amount of transactions a month. I paid $100 of just fees one month. The posting date of transactions are correct or chronological either. I went over .25 and they slapped an overdraft fee of $36 in my account. when I made the transaction, the account showed available balance of good standing amount. This has happened before and the only thing the customer service rep could say was “try to keep track of your transactions and total”, how do I do that when it’s not posted correctly???? I have an overdraft fee that’s dated and posted to my account for 12/10 but an email that says it’s posted for a completely different date. Their systems need serious work, it’s a headache and very inconvenient! Don’t bother

Do not bother going into the branch to discuss your mortgage and escrow account. They will just call the 1-800 on speaker, and wait on hold, and get you to repeat everything you just asked them to the person on the phone. I could have just called the 1-800 number myself and saved the trip.
