- APAngelo Piciullo3 days ago3.0I’ve been using Wells Fargo bank for many years, but a recent incident has made me think about changing banks. I called the main office to change the beneficiary on my account. After about a 40 minute call-wait-wait, I was told I had to do it in the branch. I specifically asked what documents I would need to bring. I was told a photo ID. Well, the bank refused to change my beneficiary because I didn’t have the correct documents. I think Wells Fargo needs to do more training to their employees!!! I wasted a few hours and drove in traffic only to be turned away. Not ideal!!!
