I have questions and issues I need to get resolved and can’t call as I lost important information or don’t want to go and sit through a drive through where it seems impersonal.

She not only remembers your face, but your name as well. One of the times I came to the bank, Izaira was getting into her car to go home. She saw me and said she would be right behind me. She came inside after she was logged out for the day and helped me with paperwork I needed to get from her. She treats us like we're her most important customers and is wonderful at her job.
