- KPKay PayneJul 11, 20251.0Never enough tellers, closed down drive thru, some of the tellers are rude and hateful, now if you have more than 2 deposits you can't stand in line and wait your turn, you have to sit down if some thing is available to sit on. Then when they get time they will call you up. This is bad for businesses. To be away from your bus sometime 2 hrs . Customer friendly they are not!!! Trying to get my company to change banks. They make no accomodations inside for elderly or handicapped people on walkers or walking sticks. Very disappointed in their services. And my co workers feel exactly the same.
