Tyler is a fantastic employee and representative for this bank. He made moving bank accounts easy and enjoyable. He is personable, pleasant, and an excellent communicator. If you are interested in using this bank, he is the guy to see. I was extremely impressed and appreciative of his service. Highly recommended!

Rude, hateful, extremely unprofessional. Bank at your own risk. I’m closing all my accounts. Life is too short to deal with this kind of crap. After many years of dealing with this ridiculous bank, we just changed all our accounts to a very professional, friendly bank and have much better service, better rates , faster service and no drama. If you already bank here do yourself a favor and definitely shop around. If you don’t deal with Truist yet, just RUN.

I visited this site recently to withdraw and close a savings account. Full stop. I do not owe anyone a reason why.
The teller was extremely polite and nice. Made the whole transaction very easy and I appreciated it.
The next day I recieved a phone call with no voice mail left. I called it back and left a VM inquiring as to what they needed. When I recieved a phone call back from a "Becky Griffith". They began asking me intrusive questions about my visit, if I had any altercations with employees, if I was unhappy with the service, and so forth. I responded that I had no issue with them and asked if they needed anything. She proceeded to then say "Well I see you had a savings account but I cannot see the amount, but you have a checking account with a large sum of money. Is that normal?" and then proceeded to press me to open a money market account.
This whole interaction felt extremely inappropriate and a violation of my privacy. It seems like she was 1. lying as if she could see the balance of my checking account and make an inappropriate remark she could see my savings account was closed and not flat out lie about it. 2. Why was she accessing my account information and balance w/o my prior authorization? this seems like a huge violation of trust and the law.
