I came into this branch location to pay off my old account and reopen a new one, which I was instructed by Truist Recovery Department, to do so. Upon arrival, I noticed three white bankers. Two at their desks and one behind the window. It was absolutely empty and I was not greeted until one of the women, and older blonde haired banker, only got up to use the bathroom (she informed her co worker). She said someone would be right with you while walking pass me. She literally comes back sits down and I was waiting for about 5 more mins, and still no acknowledgement. Mind you I had already been waiting in the empty bank with no acknowledgment for about 15 mins. It was bad so I just walked out. Every time I go to this particular location the personalities are very dry and racist. I will never go there again unless I am using the atm.
