Its two Amanda's one that's the manager and one that need more training that just started she's ok.. Ketoyria is very sweet and pleasant. I'm not sure where Ebony is but she's the one I would deal with, she was helpful sweet and kind. It was another lady there a few years ago, but she's gone. AMANDA called and said I had and increase on one day and a few days later I called back to talk about it so I can go forth with it, they went over the payments and the amount. Then Amanda the new one called me back and said I cant get it. Hmmmmm! I was shocked because they called me about it. Which is very concerning to me. Someone dropped the ball somewhere and I want Answers and someone must take accountability.
