- NANicole AngelJul 29, 20251.0Two days in a row I've tried to get assistance with my online banking and both times I was pushed off onto an appointment and now that I'm showing up for my appointment today I'm being told they don't have the people to assist me. I think I'll just try and credit union. They want me to call 1-800 numbers and go to other branches, I can't do all that.
- ASAlesia SharpeJul 25, 20251.0Workers were rude. When we walked in no one spoke, welcomed or asked what we needed assistance with. It was 5-6 African American women staring at us with attitudes. No customer service at all! It took 5 minutes or longer before someone asked what we needed assistance with. Another worker then proceeded to say that it would be an hour before we could get assistance to open an account or we could schedule an appointment. However, I saw 2 people available in their offices. I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional behavior at a Wells Fargo location, except Hueytown. They just didn't want to do any work! We were able to handle everything we needed to get done at America's First down the street with NO appointment!

I stood in line for 15 minutes with people walking by me all around and only one person acknowledged me before I ended up just leaving. I hope this isn’t what Wells Fargo is becoming. If so, I may be finding a new bank.
- TAThe Church at Short Creek Mulga, ALJul 21, 20221.0As a local church, we have banked with Wells for generations. We recently became an independent church and re-filed as a non-profit. Two of our elders went in and opened a new account with the new tax ID and articles of incorporation well over a month ago. Everything had been going fine. Then someone said that we also needed a power bill; they never contacted us; they just shut the account down. We hurried and had the power transferred to the non-profits name, and they said it could take up to 48 hrs. to unlock the account. Needless to say, no one at Short Creek Church recommends Wells Fargo. It has been months, and we haven't heard anything about a resolution, maybe an apology, some kind of explanation. DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!!

They keep cleaners coming in snd disinfecting and the workers are abiding all distance and masks andhand sanitizer. They are awesome!
