He helped me fulfill my responsibility to my grandmother as her POA when she developed dementia at the end of her life. Then he helped me distribute her assets to her beneficiaries when she passed away. He was patient, knowledgeable, and considerate of our needs. If you have to work with WF, make yourself an appointment at this branch.

They by far are the best bank I have ever dealt with in the 30+ years of having accounts and I trust that you will have the same experience. So... Not sure what the other person's (Chevi's) experience was but I can tell you that I have not had or seen that whatsoever! They are a great group in that branch.
