Riaz Ahmed was the most helpful person I have encountered in almost any line of work. He helped me with technology and not once talked down to me. He has an exuberant and kind personality. This is how to be treated in the service industry.

But the ATM withdrew limit is so little so I called to ask increase it. The guy or girl on the phone (at the branch) asked me to COME to the branch to SIGN to increase the limit. I told him/her that I am out of town also I am spending my own money why I need to sign to use my own money. THIS PERSON just hang up the phone. NOT Very Cool. Where is the professionalism???
