They put in the order, but had it shipped to a different branch, which was closed the day that I tried to pick it up. Neither this branch nor the branch that they actually had it shipped to called to let me know that the currency was ready. I asked to cancel the transaction and they said they couldn’t do that. I asked what would happen with my funds and they guessed they would be redeposited. We shall see, but this creates a huge headache for an international trip. This will be the last time I rely on this bank.
