Refused to help in any way. When I called Wells Fargo they were courteous and very helpful. The gentleman asked me a number of security questions and within 10 minutes I had the funds i needed in my hand. I was 1000 miles from home stranded, very injured, and hospitalized. Where my former bank said no at every turn...Wells Fargo helped without hesitation. Amazing!!
