- APAlabama Fish & PondJan 16, 20231.0After opening IRA's for ourselves and our employees, we all began to be heavily marketed. We contacted Ms. Carroll to put a stop to it. THEN without notice we were transferred to a non-responsive "Agent" in St. Louis. This new "Agent" gives no response by email and we were given no explanation on why we were assigned to St. Louis. This is not the quality of service we were told to expect from the Guntersville Office of Edward Jones, and we do not appreciate being dead-ended like this. We had to transfer our employee IRA Accounts elsewhere as a result. Based on these experiences we cannot recommend Ms. Carroll.
