- DNDani NicoleJul 18, 20231.0There should be a 0 star. I had to accompany my grandparents to this branch because the 800 line kept giving them the run around. An enormous amount of money was fraudulently taken out of their account and they immediately reported it. My grandmother got a call a few days later and they asked her why an investigation wasn’t initiated on Sunday? Ummmmm, that’s a good question, isn’t that Wells Fargo’s job? The lady in the front corner office was extremely rude. She came out of her office and was very ill towards us because she was on a conference call. I get that but she didn’t have to be rude. My grandparents are in their 70s and rely on the “expertise” of the bankers, and they’ve been completely failed by Wells Fargo and their representatives. My grandparents have been with Wells Fargo since the 70s when my Papa came back from Vietnam, THIS IS SHAMEFUL!!!! Shame on you WF!

There hasn’t been a single time I’ve needed the service of a banker that they haven’t screwed up something fairly significantly. I’m honestly just tired of the constant ineptitude and sick of having to make multiple appointments, calls, and schedule changes to do simple banking.
