We have used the drive through and the office inside. Very courteous and knowledgeable with our savings and cd account! I do recommend this branch!
- SJSara JusticeMay 23, 20171.0DO NOT use this bank for an ATM deposit. They WILL steal your money. I recently deposited some cash into an account in the overnight ATM and they said I put less cash in than stated. Given the situation, that's impossible and I will be figuring out who stole my money.
- KLkandi lykesOct 3, 20161.0Worst service bank ever all they do is lie and steal from hard working customers, Lisa is one of the banker there and she is such a liar and she does not follow back up with you when you have concerns, also the fat white lady at the window with the 5 oclock shadow always has a nasty attitude like she is upset that she is at work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be leaving BBT asap I would not recommend anyway to bank here
