- JWJared WilkesDec 2, 20251.0Since they closed the Rainbow City branch have to go to Gadsden branch. The drive though teller is rude the manager didn't care when we called to complain. Tomorrow morning we will be closing accounts and moving on to Regions. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone.
- RWRose WhitleyOct 31, 20251.0I used the branch in Rainbow City. It closed and I was told an ATM would be available until the bank sold. They closed the ATM with no notification to us as customers and now I have no idea where to go other than Gadsden.
