- JPJon PickettFeb 5, 20181.0Closed my Roth IRA due to the $40 annual fee they charge. Edward Jones charged me $95 to close my account + $40 annual fee. When I asked John about the $40 fee, he claimed he wasn't paid off of it. In fact he is paid 40% of that fee and he lied to me about it and acted like it was a corporate office fee. Not a good look when you deal with people's money. Beware!
