It took about a year for them to recognize who I was as a customer w a business acct. Things were pretty rock for a while, refusing to cash company checks on the company acct, I “had to open an acct to cash checks free” (my corporate office called and spoke to the branch manager and was assured as a multi billion dollar co, we should not have been given such grief, nor was I required to have an acct to cash a check made out to our branch, only be authorized, which I was and am). After the corporate calls and perhaps a team meeting on their part, they have turned in to a very decent bank. The experience, snags aside, now that the confusion is gone, is pleasant and helpful. They address me by name and pretty much know what I’m there for when I go. Overall pretty good.
