I absolutely love banking with Truist and a huge part of the reason why are the people that work at this location! The bankers are all polite and knowledgeable. They always make me feel like they truly care. The Branch Manager Erin has been so helpful and will take her time with you to help you any way she can and doesn’t make you feel rushed or uncomfortable. The last year I have banked with them for my business and I am so glad that I chose them!

Absolutely terrible service. Really disappointed in Clarissa (Banker). I am forced to leave 1 star, when they deserve 0. It takes 20 minutes to talk to a banker who is never able to help in almost any situation. The branch manager is always out; conveniently, that is the only person who can address any problems. These people are experts at the run around. I guess these people read the Idiot's guide to banking written by the customer service department of Wells Fargo. I am a 4 year customer now leaving this bank. Save yourself the hassle and beware of this greedy institution!

Friendly and fast! We make with them as a company and we never have an issue with any requests. Thanks BB&T! Helen and Erin are awesome!
