We are first time home buyers and very new to buying procedure so know none of the in's and outs or terminology when going thru this usually stressful process. Without Debbie Poole this would not have happend so quickly and handled with such class,knowledge and top notch professionalism. We are out of state from where we are buying the house but it felt like she was in our town and always avalible and promt.She was always on top of emails,phone calls(i mean in less than 5-10 minutes EVERY time) and any issues that came and fixed them so fast to make this happen for us.
