Truist is the worst financial institution that I have ever dealt with. I had a checking and savings account with truist, and someone hacked my account and charged some merchandise on Amazon with my account information. I was contacted by email about the purchases, and I contacted the bank. The funds hadn't been withdrawn from account yet, so I told the bank manager to stop the transactions on the account, and that I didn't authorize them. He said that he couldn't do anything about it until after the transactions were complete. He basically handed over my money to the thief, knowing it was wrong. I had to wait until he gave my money away before they would address the theft. Afterwards, I closed my accounts, and after the investigation, all I received of my stolen money was $300.00. Truist then charged me $100.00 in overdraft fees, because my transactions, and checks that I had written bounced, because of my money being stolen, that the bank allowed to happen. To top that off, I have a credit card account with them also. They sent out a new credit card which was either lost, or stolen. I contacted them to cancel the card, which they did, and issued a new one. I received the new card, but hadn't activated it yet. I always pay my credit card statements using the automated payment system. I called to make a payment, but the automated system hasn't worked the past two months, so I have to go through customer service in order to make a payment. I have to provide all of my information in order to prove who I am, including my account number. They refused the payment this month, because they said i had to use the new account number, because they had canceled my existing account number, which was still good. I couldn't make a payment on the due date, because they canceled my card, and my new card was at home, and I was out of town. I'm going to pay my account in full, and burn my credit card. I'm done with Truist. I've never been treated so poorly by "ANY" financial institution in my life, as I have Truist.

The employees at the Cox Creek location are very helpful & professional. Most of the negative reviews are about the downtown location which was closed years ago.

My business with Truist - Cox Creek Pkwy has been met with knowledge and friendliness. Ms. Wright had offered me options for maximizing my return that I was not aware of. It is unusual to find people that take pride and are familiar with their products. Thank you.

I come here weekly and the costumer service is incredible. All of the staff are super kind and helpful. I also got my friend to open an account here and the process was super simple and easy and the lady clearly explained all of the different options.
