- LHLucille HouseJun 2, 20251.0This branch has the rudest employee I've ever known, I've always paid my payment a month in advance but once I had a medical issue come up I could not get it paid on the due date, I'm only 2 days past the due date and they are already calling me frist thing on Monday morning. I was actually traveling in my vehicle with my phone on speaker and was explaining that I would pay my payment on the 9th which by law they have to give you 10 days before they can do anything with your account. I've never been past 10 days ever, she started fussing at me saying to stop screaming at her when I wasn't screaming I'm 64 years old and she kept asking me to repeat myself. I tried to explain that I was in a vehicle with the windows down and she told me that I had to call before my due date which is a lie because the law is 10 days past the date. She became rude after I told her that I didn't have to call her that it was only 2 days after the due date and the I have 10 days . I informed her that I was the customer not her and then the conversation became more heated. I've never been treated so rude by anyone as this branch is treating people . They are extremely expensive with extremely high interest rates and then the female employee is extremely rude and nasty with her customers. She needs to be sent to sales and retail education so she can be trained on how to treat her customers. When I get this paid off I will die before I'd ever do business with them again.

Had to have a surgery on my arm which was not a cosmetic procedure now all the sudden instead of being a “valued customer” I have transitioned to hey this payment doesn’t need to be over 30 days late. I’m not 3 months behind. I’m not delinquent. I do understand the world doesn’t stop just because I had a surgery. And bills can’t be paid with dr notes. However, I have been a years long A+ customer with almost perfect pay history. Expected better from a company that claims to value customers.

Even though my credit wasn't the best, they took a chance on me when I was in need of assistance and have been there for me whenever I needed a little help. The people are friendly and caring, and the rates are extremely reasonable. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. :)
