Wells Fargo did a huge error sending a wire out of my account twice putting me in a negative, i’m getting calls from their collections department asking me how I’m gonna pay for this negative amount when it was their error causing me to go negative. I have been fighting with the enterprise Wells Fargo for over two weeks to get my money back. They said they received it about four days ago and I’m still waiting for my money to be returned to my account. I have never been so disappointed with the treatment I’ve been getting from Wells Fargo. I feel that I am begging for my money that should’ve never been retrieve from my account. I feel that because I am part of a minority. They are not giving my account priority. Very disappointed and upset.
- ESedwin sotoJul 23, 20251.0Hello is being already 14 days since wells Fargo made the mistake to send one wiring to a title company that we were purchasing, it wasn’t our fault that they sent 2 wire , now today we coming to the bank after 14 days and still no money in our account , we feel mistreated, because of them we have to paid the roof using a credit card that it is real high in interest? Don’t think is fair that my wife and I have to be begging for our money .they already had received the money from the bank that was sent twice but still no money in our account , their collection department had call us like 2 times asking that how we going to pay them back because our account it shows negative , we work hard and we are honest family that we need our money so we could pay bills and to buy anything else like food
