I had plenty of funds in my savings, but the debit card was attached to my checking (not my savings), which was lower than I realized. Being a newbe with my app -- downloaded just before my business trip -- I hadn't learned how to use it to transfer funds from savings to checking. When I got home I learned that they charged me $35! for the transfer. I spoke with three different people in the bank about my misunderstanding, asking that the fee be dropped. When the bank manager refused, I promptly closed my business account and moved to Avadian, which now handle business accounts. Much happier now.
