Aside from being unprofessional Krista is very rude and handles things in a childish manner. Because of managers poor relationship with other businesses - I will no longer refer customers too this company as I am afraid she will also be rude with them and provide poor customer service.

And I quoted the exact amount given to me originally over the phone and they didn't try to correct what was stated to me over the phone other than to redo the paperwork and that would have held me up from the appt that I scheduled in order to get my vehicle out of the shop. I will be careful next time.
