They were able to get the account set up on the same day - new years eve, to boot - and stayed until 5pm to complete the process with us (we traveled from lousiana, since in our situation the account could not be set up in our home state). we are very grateful to mr. alford and the other workers at this location for providing us with the help we needed. thanks!
