He was new to me, but this kind of service is something I always experience when going to the branch. All of the tellers and the other workers are cut from the same cloth. They're all kind and desire to make sure that they meet your needs. I do see that people leave and I assume that it's because somebody else steals them away from you. However, The Replacements you hire are just like them. We love this bank and all of the services it provides, especially the Bank trips and occasional bingo parties. They provide a way for us to keep in touch with other bank members and the staff. We've never had a bank that does such things. I'm military and have moved around a lot. I'm retired now and don't plan on changing my bank. I don't think I could find a better one.
