Only thing that I have issues with is the overdraft fee. I fully believe it is too high, although I do understand why it is charged.

My name is odis Sherrill I have been a customer at the former colonial bank which is now bb&t for 25 plus years , I have never bounced a check or left this bank holding any loans , I have great credit , when it was colonial bank they were always there to help me , I have borrowed and payed back several large loans , but since bb&t took over I have had very bad experience with them , they want lend me a dime , I have tried several times to borrow from bb&t in Clanton and Jemison al. But have had no luck with either , since bb&t took over . I am disappointed with how they have treated me since I have a clean and perfect record with this , what is supposed to be my hometown bank , .....it used to be a great place to bank, but since bb&t took over the hometown went out the window , it just goes to show that your good credit and faithfulness to a bank means nothing to a big outfit like bb&t .....I sure do miss Colonial bank which I was proud to call my hometown bank.
