- CDCj DewJul 15, 20251.0Do NOT use Renasant Bank as a whole. They will sell your loan without asking, mentioning it until the next company contacts with a letter. (I nearly through it away as a part of junk mail but a gut feeling said to open it). I was then charged for autopay the next month as if my loan was still with them and instead of canceling the payment, it was then forwarded to the new loan company and now i have to pay double my mortgage this month. What the heck is wrong with you guys? There should be a way to fix that. As someone who was a first time home buyer, I’m not going to be put in a bind all for the sake of yalls company being sketchy. Do NOT recommend for anybody.

All transactions have gone smoothly for me, and quickly was in and out. The other persons there when I was all seemed content with the service also. I.M.H.O. this is an excellent place to do banking. - JLjeff lentzAug 19, 20211.0Great local hometown Bank right? WRONG. this bank doesn't like that I have a hobby of collectibles and often have to pay large sums or receive large sums. They cut me off from being able to use wires. They say you must open a business account so I spent close to 1000 dollars doing so. After getting everything that is needed, they decide they don't like that most of my business wouldn't bring many fees in for them so they deny the business account after countless hours and dollars. Avoid like the Rona.
