- JGJourney Realty GroupMar 7, 20251.0I arrived at 8:40 and waited 20 minutes for the branch to open I walk in at 9 am and waited just to be told that they are booked for today with zero availability please keep in mind there wasn’t anyone else waiting for the banker side the banker was very condescending saying i may not have everything it would take too long and I may not have the correct documentation I knew all of this and did have the proper documentation and still was not allowed to transact business she would not provide her name but she was an older black lady with contacts and a red outfit this occurred in friday march 7th at 9 am
