- BDBrent DavisDec 16, 20251.0Today I entered wells fargo bank at 4:15 December 16,2025, it was two other customers in front of me. The first customer had to leave and put his money in the overnight box. The second customer waited along with me with 4 additional customers, that came in while we were waiting. I'm just now leaving the bank at 5:15pm. after closing. They only had 2 tailors working, which we're taking care of business.. One teller said he was a banker and was not familiar with protocol of how the window worked. This branch always have staffing problems which results in management problems. Not one of the tailors notified customers standing up that it would be a long wait or they were having problems. They just proceeded with doing what they were doing. That's management problems. I come to this bank on the regular because I live close in this area. Whatever reason that minority banks have problems, it's a cooperational problem. Wherever you go, whatever city you go to.It's the same problem. Let's get this right wells fargo.

She didn’t acknowledge me for quite some time and after she finally acknowledged me, she said they were closed, held my identification and ATM card, and wouldn’t service me for a simple withdrawal even after waiting in line for over 45 minutes. Just simply Horrible service at this Centerpoint Alabama location. I wouldn’t send my enemy there. Closing my account even after I called the call center to assist me.
- CJC JAug 5, 20201.0Triana, the teller at the window, put my deposit amount $10 less than what I had counted. When I brought it to her attention, she claimed that she had put it through the machine twice, and did not recheck it...I’m never trusting this location again with my deposits!
