- DSD SJul 5, 20252.0There is nothing like waiting in line while one cashier leaves her line to help the other cashier who doesn't know what to do. Instead of switching customers, the whole process shut down. As the line kept getting longer, the drive-thru cashier peaked at was going on, then sat back down to the empty drive-thru. And the cashier left her line not once but three times to help the other cashier. Perhaps more training is in order, preferably NOT during business hours. Very disappointing.

Plus I would never do any personal business here because they have cubicals set up with loan officers asking personal questions to customers. Where those are located, EVERYONE in the place can here it. They act like everyone is a criminal. How is this bank still open???

She then wanted me to read the little screen to confirm the transaction. I didn't ask, I had to reapply my glasses to read it. If I have my account info and ID I don't see a risk in me possibly robbing the place.
