- BMBarbara MartinezSep 3, 20221.0I don't understand why this bank is still open. They do not have any tellers to help customers at any giving time. Not only that I have a business account and with today is the third week in a row that the management let me know in a very rude and disrespectful manner that they do not have any money, that they couldn't fulfill the change order at all, gave me the change bag and told me it was the first of the month and dismissed me?!? I was not only shocked but in disbelief not only that I was told that if I need the change for my store I needed to go to a bank that is 5 miles away. I work in retail and I understand the coins issues, I understand the " people doesn't want to work " but my question is who is doing the money ordering? Is it done in a timely manner? Are they aware of any major holiday like next week? Are they getting ready for it, and planning accordingly to have heavy traffic? And most importantly why a bank runs out of money!!!

She then wanted me to read the little screen to confirm the transaction. I didn't ask, I had to reapply my glasses to read it. If I have my account info and ID I don't see a risk in me possibly robbing the place.
