- DADavid ArguezJul 3, 20242.0Would have given a 1 star but the gentlemen who seemed to be the manager was very nice an attentive while I waited in line for the teller. Arlene I believe her name was was my teller I asked about cashing some and depositing the rest. Before I could complete my question she said “No they like you depositing their check and seeing how much clears so put your card in and sign the check.” which is weird cause the manager said he thought is should be fine because Carvana’s check was from Wells Fargo. So I asked “So even though the check is from Wellsfargo……” she interrupts “no I said put your card in” with an attitude. I mean like a mom scolding her kid who asked for candy after being told not to ask for anything. I said “excuse me for asking a question am I not allowed to do that? Also you said for me to sign the check maybe you should hand it back to me so I can do that”. At this point she just rolls her eyes and stays silent. At this point I grabbed my check and left. First of who cares how carvana likes the “their” checks it’s my check and I’m your customer for 15 years.
