- FMFatimah MohammadJul 6, 20201.0Wow. We weren't going to use this bank after reading the negative feedback, but we thought perhaps they needed a second chance...Wrong! First of all, we came to them last Friday and were told that no appointments were open until Monday afternoon even though they were not busy at all and representatives were standing around bored. Fine, we arrived for our Monday afternoon appointment before the appointment time. The customer representative was SO RUDE! We tried to set up a joint account and to be helpful, we handed him several forms of ID and information, to which he replied in a very grouchy manner "if I need something, I will ask for it!"....Very disrespectful. After wasting about 20 mins with this guy, we determined that this bank, let alone that branch was not going to operate in our best interest or consider our needs. We are glad to be banking with our original Chase bank, who actually took care of everything we needed before the day was over. Thanks for nothing Wells Fargo.
