The communication was subpar and lenders ultimately forced us to push our closing date back TWICE. We ended up having to find a new lender and risked losing the house because we could not rely on their word to get it done.

Got $500 from ATM in $20s. Went back in to change to $100s. Would not deal with me to exchange $20s without account. Won’t ever have one now. Bunch of amateurs with zero business sense or initiative.
