Months of “he will call you back” or I call and get a hold of him and he’ll “check back in a couple weeks”. It’s been 3+ months, Brian. 2 dings on my credit because the staff stated she didn’t know what she was doing because she’s a new hire….. and it was her first time doing this. Unacceptable when you’re dealing with my financials and my credit. Such a horrible bank manager with poor communication skills. This location has drastically gone downhill.
