- SKScott KellerNov 12, 20251.0We used Rennasant Bank for our home build. My wife and I did a lot of the work ourselves so it took a little longer than normal. We were not informed by the VP that if we went past 18 months that our single close construction to conventional loan would no longer be available. So not only did we pay the cost upfront but now we have to pay closing cost again if we want the lower rate that should be available to us for free.
