- POPat OtmasterAug 2, 20221.0After several disappointing visits I won't step foot in this branch in person any longer. They will not help you with a problem and act all put out having to deal with it. Also, on three separate occasions at the ATM the machine has been unable to accept a DEPOSIT? I can understand it may not be able to dispense cash at times for one reason or another, but a bank not accepting deposits is truly mind-bending. Then one day I was on the website and and saw an ad about their Streamlined Mortgage Refi. I dialed the number and after getting put on hold and transferred to a couple of different agents was told flatly, "We don't do streamlined refinances." I told her she might want to check their website and hung up. There are many financial institutions available to choose from. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Wells Fargo.
