Mauri, Jennifer, and Miranda went above and beyond to help us with our needs. They were incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled correctly. They took the time to explain things clearly and made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and comfortable. It is rare to find a banking team that is not only professional but also so warm and personable. This branch is very lucky to have them, and we are grateful for the excellent service they provided.
- KGKate GSep 22, 20161.0This location always has a long wait it seems, and when i went to cancel my account the manager sounded like he was reading from a script. Didn't sound too concerned. Scammers with the recent fraud charges. Shaking my head. The CEO will not even accept liability for what his company did to create over 1 million (fake) accounts. Taking my money elsewhere!! I advise everyone do the same.
