I've banked with the company for 15 years. When it was bought out by Truist I have had nothing but issues. My final straw was a $650 hold put on my account for no reason. I went to the bank every Friday for 2 months and spoke w/ Hunter each time. I could never be told why the hold was on my account, or why they couldn't take it off. I felt Hunter never took my issue seriously until I mentioned getting a lawyer, that is when he told me "It's only $650" (like that's not an insane amount of MY money for them to be holding hostage from me) and even then I only got one call back from him, where he still did not have any answers for me. I told him I would be back the following Friday, the same time I've been coming for the last 8ish Fridays for another update, when I showed up, he was at lunch. I ended up completely closing my account that day and got MY $650 that had wrongfully been held from me from months and went to a new bank where my issues will be taken seriously. A 15 year relationship with this company, down the drain because they treated me as if my issue was not important, never even got one apology for the HUGE inconvenience this caused in my life.
