I went in today and and I asked real politely if I could use their bathroom and one of the tellers told me that they don't have a public bathroom and I told her that I have Diabetes and that I really needed to use the bathroom and she still said that they didn't have a public bathroom so I won't be using that bank anymore ONE STAR.

WORST BANK EVER I've been to 2 branches in the last 2 days and I was treated horribly. i will tell everyone that i know about my experience. Two different "Branch Banker's" were very rude to us and offered no help at all. They acted like they just wanted us to go away. very frustrating

I’ve been with BB&T for a while and they are a great bank! This particular branch takes a while whether you go in or go through the drive-thru. They are typically always backed up. What should take a few minutes, turns into 10 or more.
