- LHLinzey HurstSep 12, 20245.0I’ve never actually enjoyed walking into a bank before, it’s never been something that after leaving i thought to myself “well, that was pleasant.” But this bank changed that. Everyone was genuinely so nice and smiley, even right at the end of the day. I’m brand new to the bank but I can tell I’ll enjoy doing business with them 🤍

- JJJawOct 18, 20232.0WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANYONE! After BB&T shut down in Gadsden , this bank has went down hill. First off, I asked a worker names Brooklyn to pause my account & she closed it somehow so me & one of the managers had to get that situated. Second off, she told me if an overdraft fee was on my account, it could be waived . That’s a lie. I’m having to pay $36-72 extra when this all could’ve been avoided if she would’ve told me she couldn’t waive it in the first place. I’m closing my account asap. Worse bank I’ve ever banked with.
