- KHKristina HernandezSep 24, 20251.0Esta localidad es pésimo en servicios, llevo más de 10 años con este banco y nunca había tenido problemas hasta ahora, el detalle esta en los depósitos las qué trabajan en la ventanilla no ponen la cantidad correcta y refleja menos dinero en la cuenta así mucho que cuidado por si esto le sirve a alguien a mi me paso 2 veces, y luego es un dolor de cabeza arreglarlo porque quieren pruebas del dinero o cheque qué se deposito... Muy decepcionada

I gave her the deposits and my bank card. 5 minutes later she asked me for my I’d. I gave it her. It took her 20 plus minutes to process my deposit. She was the only one working three drive though lanes. Apparently she quit working on mine to assist others who pulled in after me. This is completely unacceptable and I made it known to the other person standing there twiddling her thumbs. No wonder they only receive 3 star rating. I gave them 1 star. Terrible customer service
