Muy decepcionada

- THTom HowellSep 17, 20211.0I started banking at this location long before it became Wells Fargo (1987). I currently have a considerable amount of money in my accounts. That combined with the length of time I’ve been banking there should give me some credibility. First of all your branch manager refuses to do anything to correct the rude, condescending and incompetent tellers that work there. I have gone there for the next to last time. The next time I go I will close my safe deposit box and then I will gradually move my accounts to another bank. The tellers are constantly making mistakes and when they make them they won’t take ownership!! I even had one to threaten to call the police on me because I called her out on her incompetence. Second, it is virtually impossible to even get in the bank. The parking area is very small and it’s difficult to maneuver enough to park. Long lines are the norm for the drive through due in large part to the slowness and incompetence of the tellers. I’ve read the reviews and most all say the same thing I’m saying so don’t take my word for it. I will be happy to discuss this with anyone if you will provide me with a number to call!! You need to take a serious look at the staff at this location!!!
