Either it’s a terrible work environment or the company is too cheap to hire more people or won’t pay their employees enough. Even the bankers didn’t even seem interested in helping me out.

- JMJan MussoMay 4, 20191.0I went to Wells Fargo for a simple deposit into my checking account. I stood in line 23 minutes. There were only four tellers including the drive through teller. Some of those were walking in and out of a back room with no speed in their step. At one point in my wait, only one teller was working with a customer for a long period of time, while the line grew almost to the door. This is unacceptable.
