Awful! Alabaster office has the worst customer service. Person helping us was condescending and didn’t have a clue about what he was talking about. Will be filing a complaint Monday morning with corporate.

Why don’t you hire more people? I’m coming in on a regular business day and you don’t have enough Bankers to help me open up a simple bank account? Either it’s a terrible work environment or the company is too cheap to hire more people or won’t pay their employees enough. Even the bankers didn’t even seem interested in helping me out.

This associate named Virginia was terrible and tried to fake by her voice that she as friendly but she was trying every bit to annoy me by her attitude, not her questions! She could have told me and my husband that you can only withdraw 2,000.00 a day fora transaction! But my husband had to leave the place of business where he was purchasing chemicals to do his job, which by the way is a time constraint for him. Go to the bank to find out this information and try to get back across town before they close to pick up his order! I should have known when I mistook her name for a different name when I first called; and she was going to hang up on me; that she was not helpful at all—it would have been worth it to wait a period of time to get someone else—I hate dogooders!
They pretend to be nice while they slip a knife in your back!!! If I hear the name VIRGINIA again when I call Wells Fargo Bank, I will hang up!!
People like this should be fired!

RUDE RUDE RUDE REFUSED TO CASH A 66.00 CHECK FROM THE GOVERMENT.I I HAVE HAD A BUSSINESS ACCOUNT HERE BEFORE THEY WERE WELLS FARGO AND I HAVE SEVERAL ACCOUNTS THEY DID NOT KNOW ME AT THIS BRANCH SO THEY DON'T CARE HAD DEBIT CARD AND Dl B.UT THEY SAID MY WIFE HAD TO COME IN SO SHE DID STILL DIDN'T CASH CHECK REAL SERVICE I THINK I WILL PULL MY FUNDS.
