  I opened an account here a couple of weeks ago. The banker and staff were all friendly and helpful. It was my first time opening a bank account here, so I didn’t know much about which type of account would be best for me, but the staff really took the time to help. I was genuinely touched. Excellent service 10/10 stars, no drama!

  This is have the weird entrance and then we are actually trying to get the pice paperwork to print it out. From the Wells Fargo bank papers but. Unfortunately they're seeing like she is a manager but she was not very helpful ,and them are so rude. And my husband he was waiting for about 13 minutes just for the sample things 😕 we are from.the different state but it's was just little bit need to go to the Wells Fargo stytem and print out the paper and then send back to the Wells Fargo mortgage broker which is Wells Fargo too !but I don't understand why it was so complicated for us oh well nevermind then tomorrow morning we are going to find the ups store to send out the fax like the old style.

  T, when someone stands in line and you can't fully serve them, asking a neighbor teller is way more customer service oriented than telling me to go back in line.

  Corporate policies have resulted in fraudulent account creation...literally millions of fake accounts and fees charged to customers. Check the news, because that is the tip of the iceberg with questionable policies. I am working on closing my accounts, but it is a pain since I have been using them since before WF purchased NBA. Locals have been good to me, but even that wore too thin. The local turnover (no doubt thanks to corp policies) is huge. Trainees treating me like I am the outsider clinches it.
