- AAAlicia Moyer (AJ)Dec 31, 20251.0Terrible customer service. The woman at the counter came across very condescending and rude when I inquired about a notary…it seemed to be quite an inconvenience. I was happy to make an appointment and come back if needed, I just needed the information…which is her job to give. Then who I am assuming is the manager came out and reprimanded me for my son’s behavior, climbing on the stanchions, which I was already in the middle of correcting. Not worth my energy to be in such an unwelcoming business. It was a much more pleasant experience at first national bank and I will be utilizing them for any services when I am in Palmer.

I will no longer be banking with them after this week huge company not efficient customer service.
- KTkatie thomasAug 12, 20251.0Love Wells Fargo for 12 years now but the Palmer, AK branch is the worst I've ever had to deal with honestly. They never have more than one teller working and there is always a huge line because of that. The bankers or branch manager don't help work through the line ever when they could very easily assist with smaller scale transactions or needs of the people in line. Also very put off by the way they gossip/chat unprofessionally right behind the teller counter or with the ONLY person working through the line, making it take longer every single time. This is not a one time experience, it's been over the span of about 10 visits in the past few months. If you can go somewhere else I would highly recommend it.
