- NSNathan StraubingerAug 22, 20241.0Went in to withdraw money from my checking account. Didn't have my debit card with me, as I was traveling for work, and not normally in Kodiak. Teller was rude and not very accommodating to look up account number or give cash back. I don't use KeyBank that often and only have a the checking and savings account to go along with my HELOC loan as an extra 'requirement' to get loan [Read fine print on lines of credit! Signed up for a 4.25% fixed rate, but later once interest rates rose now stuck with a 10% interest plus prime rate] Avoid KeyBank at ALL COSTS! Rude tellers at the branches, shady loan officer's who will lie about hidden stipulations on loans. and corporate bank as a whole is not trustworthy. Look up documentary on the corruption at KeyBank. Don't let yourself get scammed by them also
