- IHIzaac HortonFeb 17, 20241.0Who ever makes the decisions regarding parking in the immediate area needs to get a grip on the reality of downtown. Instructing the security officers to boot all vehicles parked in employee parking AFTER HOURS and then charging them $200 to remove the boot is absolutely ridiculous and super scummy. Wells Fargo is just scamming the locals out of money and hurting the surrounding business that make the most money after 5pm. I will make sure to tell everyone to never work for or bank with Wells Fargo. On top of that I will suggest to any contract managers to never contract Bootlegger Security because they are supporting and helping Wells Fargo scam people and hurt local Juneau businesses.

Sam assisted me as well as the Branch Manager (maybe Kaitlyn?). Both were very professional and helpful. It’s a big, complicated job to deal with these bonds and they did a great job. Thanks so much!

I assumed it was poor break management but it's worse - they needed two employees for an operation and so neglected the teller line for far too long.
