The local branch is wonderful, but Wells Fargo has taken money out that there is no proof of and says they put money back but no account proof. Very poor business practice. They allowed a business to take out a recurring payment after being notified the month before of cancellation and not to block the transaction. Not once but twice. It's no wonder they are having legal trouble 😵💫

Words can barely describe terrible how I felt, trying to save my account from being closed as the result of MULTIPLE errors on the bank's behalf from adding a second person to my account, and avoid all of my bills bouncing from a closed account. I was frantic and clearly upset, and instead of showing a drop of empathy and trying to fix what the bank made mistakes on, they gave me more misinformation and told me blatant lies. The branch manager threw an employee from another branch under the bus and said "they'd been trying to call my secondary" and refused to tell me what phone number they were calling. Turns out after five minutes on the phone with the 800 number, there was no number for my secondary on the account. So how exactly were you calling them? Branch manager called me one time with no message, tried calling the office TEN TIMES in one day and nobody answers the phone there. Their phone ringers are so low you can barely hear from the other side of the desk. The kid in the back had the audacity in the middle of all this happening, to interrogate me about why I don't have a credit card.
My question is who is going to pay all the fees when my bills get rejected because you couldn't do your jobs right??

Loved banking here and withdrawing or depositing cash when I needed to back when I lived in the area. Haley, Katie, and Bobbie were always helpful and pleasant to interact with.

They don't want my business because I don't have an appointment online first, the best available day to open an account with them is next business day, fair but incompetent, they need hire more staff, think about it.
