I recently walked into this main branch in Fairbanks, AK needing to deposit a large sum check before heading off on a trip to Egypt. The customer service was great, but she recommended I change my money market account. The funds were not going on as planned, but she would "take care of it all." I now do not have access to my funds until the end of this week z which is after half of my vacation will be over. I have never waited this long for a deposit to be available, which will really affect my trip. Very very upset that this was not explained to me.

Mobile banking with them is a nightmare and yeah the parking sucks I better get my money out ASAP!!!
