And every single time I have to deal with them it's always a pain . And because I wasn't a member but cashing a check of one of their members I was charged 11 dollars for the convenience and honor of using their drive through.

When we moved to Alaska from Colorado in 2003, I was delighted to find a branch in Eagle River.There are several tellers who have been there the entire time and all remember my name. Very courteous and helpful. I wish they would add Saturday hours.
